A relative of mine, prayed fervently for a few years for a special (big) favour, but she received no help at all. Recently she made the Heroic Act in favour of the Holy Souls in Purgatory, and within six days, she received a big and totally unexpected turnaround in the situation, that holds out great promise.

Subject: A Crawling Sensation Under The Skin

Two years ago on the feast of All Souls, November 2, (which is the day that the church designates for everyone to pray for The Holy Souls in Purgatory), I developed a horrible symptom in my face, which felt like insects were crawling under the skin. I consulted a doctor and described the symptoms to him, and asked if he had ever heard of this before. He replied that he had. I have since found out that it is a real symptom, which others have experienced in connection with the menopause, although in my case I have not reached that yet. The doctor did not have a solution. I offered up my suffering for the Poor Souls in Purgatory and prayed fervently for them. I asked the Holy Souls in Purgatory to obtain a healing for me and that was speedily granted.

Today I had pain in my body. I prayed for the relief of the soul of my mother Dorothy and asked that I be healed of the pain through her prayers, and the pain is now gone.

Subject: Help In Many And Varied Areas

People have told me about the help that the Holy Souls in Purgatory have given in fighting drug addictions, in health problems (including advanced cancer), in problems with members of their religious order, help with obtaining employment, help with obtaining a driver's license, help with difficult employees etc. , help to obtain an out of date word-processor in order to read data off disks, when the one that I had broke down, help to get much needed dental treatment when they had no money. I have seen prayers for and to the Holy Souls in Purgatory bring about good rainfall during extended drought and many other helps.

My daughter asked for a specific time off work, in order to go on a pilgrimage. This was refused even though she has accumulated 13 weeks leave. This was turned around with the help of the saints and the Holy Souls in Purgatory. She is now going on the pilgrimage. Thank you Holy Souls. I will continue to pray for you and to encourage others to pray for you.

I asked the Holy Souls for their intercession and I had three masses said for them. What I asked them for is a very big thing that involves the health and well being of my mom and myself. I asked for an immediate sign that would be one of the steps along the way. I logged into bank account and found that I had more than twice as much money as I anticipated and in addition, several bills I thought were due had actually been paid already. I have also seen signs of movement toward the big things I asked for. As I told a friend, I can actually truly see the light at the end of the tunnel and it is really good. I have also begun the practice of offering up my own temporal annoyances and sufferings for the Holy Souls and immediately the problem vanishes. For example, if someone is being unkind to me, instead of fighting back, I say "I join my sufferings from the treatment I am receiving now to the sufferings of Jesus on the Cross and offer them to God for the release of the Holy Souls in Purgatory" and immediately the situation turns around.

We wish to thank the Holy Souls for their powerful intercession before Our Lord for the wondrous event that occurred concerning our daughter hip joints. Our daughter, Mary, needed hip joints that had failed to develop. She was scheduled for the first of many painful operations early in December. Prior to her first operation, the doctor took X-rays which showed no hip joints, and then again just before she was to have the operation. The early X-rays clearly showed no hip joints. The last ones, the hip joints were there! Thank you Lord Jesus for answering our prayers through the Holy Souls' intercession. We love you and praise and thank you!
